Chocolate Workshops and Parties

Come and visit us in our new choccy barn, Sompting estate, in the beautiful South Downs National Park, near Worthing just off the A27.

Perhaps you fancy a morning/afternoon/evening of chocolate indulgence, bring along some fellow choco-enthusiasts. Learn how to temper chocolate, decorate chocolates, hand-pour lollies/bars and witness the magic of a chocolate transfer. Watch the Chocolatician make a pure chocolate rose and loads of other mouth wateringly exciting stuff.

Weekday workshops can be organised on request for team building and workforce fun days.
More advanced master classes can also be arranged and curated to share all our most creative and delicious secrets with you.

 Chocolate Birthday Parties/workshops for Kids   

     For the younger chocolate fans age (7-16 yrs)

£35.00 per guest - 2hrs duration

 Learn about where chocolate comes from, how it is melted and what wonderful things you can do with it, aside from just eating the stuff, which you will practice too!

Each child will make chocolate lollypops, dip chocolates, try different types of chocolate and learn about the adventures of a Chocolatician! They will take everything they make home in eco packaging, so no need to worry about silly old plastic party bags. You can bring along a cake for us all to sing to for a birthday or for an extra £50 a Chocolatician cake can be provided ( 12 portions) glazed but undecorated and the children can have fun finishing it with the beautiful decorations they have learnt how to make during the session.

£35.00 per guest - 2hrs duration , only one grown up to supervise as a non paying guest.
Max 12 guests at the Chocolate party in the barn but the bigger granary room can be hired for more than 12 , email for more details on that.)
There is a minimum charge of £245.00 for one of these sessions in the Choccy Barn. This covers 7 guests coming and then for every extra guest up to 12 it is another £35.00 p/p.  

 Chocolate workshops and Parties for Adults

For the more mature chocolate lover age 16 +

£45.00 per guest - 2hrs duration

Explore the science and magic of chocolate tempering, a bit of the history behind chocolate production and a look into the new popular craft of artisan chocolate making. All this whilst tasting the good stuff and delving into the life of a Chocolatician.

Then it gets hands on with plenty of truffle, chocolate florentine and chocolate bar making.  

Each guest will take away everything they make to show off and share or gobble up themselves on the way home! 

£45.00 per guest - 2hrs duration.
Max 12 guests at the Chocolate party/workshop in the barn but the bigger granary room can be hired for more than 12 , email for more details on that.)
There is a minimum charge of £270.00 for one of these sessions in the Choccy Barn. This covers 6 guests coming and then for every extra guest up to 12 it is another £45.00 p/p.
